It's a fascinating learning method that works really well for most adult students. One-on-one lessons quickly build your listening comprehension, vocabulary and fluency. For most adults, communicating in a foreign language is as much a psychological challenge as a linguistic one. My online classes quickly evaporate that adult tendency of not wanting to make mistakes and quickly develop much greater language flexibility. Communication is the name of the game as you develop skills that help you say what you have to say, ask questions, and understand responses. In short, you develop a solid base for communicating in French. When you find yourself toe to toe with a French speaker, you're already two steps ahead of the game.
